Digital Content Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced digital marketing executive for Furniture & Home Décor company to handle content creation and all social media channels for the brand, developing creative content to help drive traffic to the stores and improve profitability.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications/journalism, digital marketing, information technology or similar field.
• Possess a thorough understanding of the digital world as it relates to:
• Principles of digital customer experience design
• Mobile and web-based applications
• Paid search and SEO (site search, taxonomy, metadata, structured
content, etc.)
• Social media and content marketing (blog)
• Strong writing and editing skills, within digital environments.
• Flawless attention to detail.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Should be an expert in video graphics, sound & music mixing
• Should be an expert in handling various kinds of video shooting equipment
such as a gimbal.
• Good knowledge of design packages such as Photoshop, In design and
after effects.

Experience:

• Experience with the creation and curation of digital content across a wide
spectrum of digital channels.
• Experience ensuring effective use of various content types (text, images,
video, audio, and infographics) based on audience needs, usability and
maintains consistent messaging and voice

Experience in Furniture and Home Decor – a retail company is must.

Job duties & Responsibility

• You will help implement digital marketing strategy and assist the digital
marketing team in optimizing the brand’s digital campaigns and engaging
with its customers online.
• Launch and manages new social media pages for the brand, Instagram,
Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube etc.
• Create and organize all content for distribution on online platforms
• Handle community management: grow online community as well as drives
online conversation
• Monitor brand’s online performance (read analytics and recommend action
plan) as well as competitors’ online activity
• Implement the strategy to drive traffic to website (online advertising, links,
bloggers outreach etc.)
• Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the brands’
website
• Willing to travel to stores, events to create the best content
