Key Responsibilities of the role include:

– Establishes, develops, and Maintains business relationships with customers to generate sales.

– Demonstrates the Company’s property portfolio and assists customers in selecting the right property to suit their needs.

– Networks, Prospects and generates sales leads.

– Expedites the resolution of any customer query’s and complaints and provides after sales support.

– Develops and maintains an in depth Knowledge of all aspects of the property market.

– Listing and marketing properties for sale

– Advice sellers/ landlords on market conditions, value and property legislation

– Negotiating offers and contract negotiation

Candidate Profile

Self-Motivated, passionate about real estate industry and proven record in Sales

Hard Working and thrive on new challenge

Ability to sell and negotiate

Requirements

Bachelors degree holder

Fluent in English

UAE driving license

RERA license desirable
